They say that shaman is a sub career and is only for good healing and not as a goot dpser. is that true?

because I don't want to be disappointed at all, so I figure after a year of its release all the release problems will be tackled and it will be vastly improved...plus I need to get another job...

Yeah pvp in wow really lost all it had going for it when the new honor system was implanted. It's not a bad system idea, but it removed the whole "holy hell this guy is an epic pvper" aspect and turned it in to "oh he afk botted a lot of AVs and has decent equips now"Around that time all the good pvpers left so pvp was full of idiots.Open world pvp is just disappointing and not rewarding enough for people to care much about it.I'm waiting a little longer before getting war though...

In WAR you get exp for doing pvp and items. So really, you don't need pveand thats the thing, why i like WAR and HATE wow :Peveryone else can think different but i like pvp, and the sandbox pvp from wow is not enouth. :)

shamans arnt neccesarily healers..there a blend. your heals make you attacks stronger. and attacks make your heales better. so its encouraged to do both. but not neccesariy

...yeah it is.You can be good at pvp if you have decent strategies and the game rewards you for pvping.In WAR you get exp for doing pvp and items. So really, you don't need pve.

WAR has made it possible it lvl, get loot, and all the stuff you found in pve, possible to recieve in PvP....your speaking from experince from past MMO's..which yes..you couldnt PvP without PvE....but War is a new generation

How can one be good at PvP with out PvE?I mean, you can't play a MMORPG with out PvE,in fact its not an MMORPG with out it.
