maybe you shouldn't search for a responsible but find out that nearly everybody is a victim in many ways. the question about responsibility is in my opinion not question number one- first thing should be to realize that something is going horribly wrong in society- something bigger has to change than maybe sending one or two persons to prison and then thinking of american students like they were the biggest guerilla fighting enemies within america. that doesn't solve any problem at its roots.
