This made me laugh so much. I made them take my driving licence photo twice....it was bad, really really bad. Seriously, when I went to get the second pic done, the lady looked at it, looked back at me and was like, 'that's terrible'. Yeah. I even got the replacement photo free because the first one was so bad! Now I wish I could just keep it even after it expires, because the photo turned out so well the second time! So your vid was spot on!
