Yes People can have a relationship with others that have had a history with someone else but my point is WHY WOULD YOU? You are taking a big risk that those feelings for that other person will always be there! There is a difference between loving someone and being in love with them. He loved Lindsey, he's in love and always has been with Peyton! By taking that risk, you are prone to feel inferior, insecure and vunerable! Why would you do that to yourself? She knew this..and esp with L/P past.

ya that's another way to say it...maybe I didn't say it the right way...but that's what I meant...lindsay just realised she didn't have his whole heart...wich kind of make the fact that he didn't marrie her about his love for peyton, indirectly.

There is nothing dumb about Lindsey, she was (is) in love, and Lucas worked hard at trying to convince her that he only loved her. As far as the history, you can have history with other people but that dosen't mean that you don't love the person your with.I don't think Lindsey rubbed anything in Peyton's face it was Peyton who was nasty to her from the very beginning, Lindsey just responded to Peyton's behaviour.

Yes Lucas loves Payton but that's not the reason he didn't marry Lindsey, the marriage didn't happened b/c Lindsey walked out couse she diden't belive she had his hole heart.

Of Course you were right about him and Peyton Dumb Ass you edited the book didn't you! How she even considered let alone made it down the aisle with a man that she knew had this deep history with someone else is beyond me--she basically asked to get her heart broken-- i would never put myself in that position! Oh and its in her face because she rubbed it in Peytons face and flaunted that ring that wasn't even meant for her!

since when peyton's lucas second choice?!he didn't get married to lindsay is because he couldn't get over her.if she would have been second choice it would've never happened.He wrote a second book about peyton while engaged to lindsay,and the whole s5 was about him being in denial.Of course he loved lindsay,but she was never his first choice.U don't dream about ur ex when ur with THE ONE. I have nothing against lindsay,I liked her. she just deserves a guy who wouldn't still be into his ex.
