I'm all about the 80's and late 80's mainly. Music with hooks, catchy electric guitars, and singers with operatic metal vocals. Obviously Queensryche, Lizzy Borden, King Diamond (minus the satanic imagery), and Savatage.

I've just found out about Edguy and I love it! I got so disappointed recently with Nightwish that changed its main lead singer, and Linkin Park,although not the same musical genre as Edguy, which totally became mainstream with their latest album and their songs for kindergarten children with all the clapping and shit!!! Terrible! I hate how all these bands end up changing their musical style and disappointing their long time fans!!So love you Edguy, and please stay true 'til the end!!!!

Whitesnake isn't crap, and Black Label Society is fucking awesome :DAnd of course, this band is too!Haven't seen Edguy yet, but I saw Avantasia at Wacken. Tobias was, is and will always be amazing<3 :)

The boneyard on Sirius is so friggin weird. I have not heard an Edguy song played in the 4 months i have had the radio. They do play the new Helloween song on occasion. Why they play so much Cheap Trick i have no idea ? They aren't even metal and they play a lot of other crap like Whitesnake way too much and Ted Nugent. Also too much Black Label Society who i don't care for.

Just turned 40 today. This has to be my second favorite band. Helloween still fav. Just discovered Edguy about a month ago. Where can you here this type of music on airwaves? Not on fm in Chicago and I haven't heard anything like Ed or Hellown on Sirius radio. Sad that good talent like this is kept in a box and what we are told is talent is played so much. Today's new Exorcist demon vocals suck(if you screamed like that when I was a kid, you got smacked)is that singing?Seems equal to rap to me.
