They aren't from an anime, they're mascots for a program called Vocaloid which emulates a singer's voice to make your own songs. The song you hear is Miku's voice, which is the teal/blue-green haired girl. The rest have their own unique voices except the two next to Miku later in the song. They're fan-made mascots. The yellow haired girl representing people who started songs but never finished and the silver haired one represents people who finish their songs but comes out robotic and offkey.

i love this friggin video. exactly what anime are these characters from anyway? i love how the silver haired girl tries to do the dance but cant keep up. then she just gives up. haha. nice animation too. someone put a lot of effort into it.
