So what's better to use, a power item or Macho Brace. And if you give a pokémon a berry lowering one stat, what does that do for the ones you want raise ?

cant you use protiens to add ev's to your attack

You can start ev training right away after you got the egg or caught it, or you can wait till a descent level so it can defend by itself, also I recommend you to wait till you finish the game because you might get bored ev training without macho brace or any other, also because you might not be able to enter certain areas where the pokes you need to fight are!

Hi, I'm new to EV training, having just found out about it a week ago or so.Anyways, two quick question:What's a good level to start EV training at? Right when you get it, or?Or is it even possible? because I'm on Route 211 of Pokemon Diamond and just caught a Ponyta, can I still EV train it even without a macho brace and all that good stuff since it's too early in the game to have it...or should I store it and come back?Sorry for all the questions.

Yes that's the idea!

okay so all you have to do is defeat the whatever number of pokemon to get ur evs, and when you're done, that's IT? you can just train them to lvl them?? |
