Thats not what I mean, they leave a lot out. They cut out the spontaneous bits and just focus on gameplay. But anyways you enjoy watching it, then fair enough..

Well duh! Of course they're gonna cut a lot from the live feeds, since it is a 60 minute show and the live feeds are 24/7, but anyway, to each his own.

Your watching a clip where there was tension in the house. But a lot of it has comedy moments, which are on youtube. I've watched the US version and it sucks, it's all about gameplay and nothing else. And from what I've heard theres a lot of things on the live feed that cut from the actual programme.
