You have to take into consideration how much money each racial group makes as GNP. Over 70% of Africans make $1 dollar a day or less. That number is almost as high in Asia and, India is worse. World starvation and access to water will come into play in next decade to kill hundreds of millions and possibly billions of these people. With $300 a year, you cannot buy much food, let alone immigrate into white society. I am worried about Hispanics. US! Giving $40,000 jobs to poor people! Shame!
