nah an mpd only plays sounds that you've assigned using a program like reason or fruityloops or garageband. You gotta buy/steal one of those programs to work it

fun just to jam out and get ideas...i dunno. makes it more like working with an MPC. i learned on and MPC and a ASRX pro..i love software but i missed banging around jamming out getting ideas. its just fun.

sick,,can i ask you a question? what so good about this besides that its hands on,i mean can you do the same thing(without scracthing) by importing the sample into fruity loops and just putting it where u want to..or does this act as a way of chopping up you samples ,, im not hating im just curious besides triggering sounds what else does it do>> sick ass track
