This is actually funny, because I'd never seen it before and I haven't drank milk since around 1992 or 93.There is nothing in milk that you can't get elsewhere. If you want milk though, just get it without the added crap (not just added after, but hormones and such given to the cow).

very interesting!The thing is naturally fed cows eat mass amounts of greenery grass all day long thats why the milk is naturally full of vitamin D.that is when they are fed naturally and they grow naturally.

well people have been drinking milk for thousands of years and if i could drink 4-5 cups of spinich juice i would but i dont have it.I dont really face any health problems with milk im actually quite healthy |
