ISD was a boring, to polished, comercial, piece of shit, and you know it.

avant-garde implies "experimental"

I agree, HH has to stop whoring out his drumming skills, and keep it to the bands that matter, Thorns, Mayhem, Arcturus, Immortal, Dimmu etc. yes that's right I said Dimmu, ISD was a sweet album, and I'm glad to see HellHammer in the crew.

Mmm, its more like Experimental Black Metal if you really want to be specific. And yeah, it's really dominating.

If you haven't heard it yet, try Satyricon's "Rebel Extravaganza". It has some similarities with Thorns' s/t but is more complex. I'd also suggest you check Control Human Delete's "Terminal World Perspective" and Abigor's "Fractal Possession", and to some extent Dødheimsgard's "666 International". I love this new style of avant-gardish "modern Black Metal".

I very much enjoyed this song. anyone have any suggestions for simular music. I like unconventional creepy weird music. another example would be celtic frosts a dying god coming into human flesh.

I like this song but... well... it seems a little different from what I remember "extreme metal" to be. |
