Do not use the "Translate" option, it'll give You a terrible result in translation ;)

Push the "arrow" in the right bottom corner of the YouTube video player, you'll see a "CC" button. Push the button to activate the subtitles ("Turn on Captions"). Then you should see the video with english subtitles.
