im not against vegetarian dishes. but you guys are missing out a lot giving up meat. yumm!i mean, it's like you would give up eating altogether!!!

Loved this recipe! You can totally get vegan Italian breadcrumbs at the store if you check the labels carefully. Try putting a bit of balsamic vinaigrette over the top of the shrooms next time - it's dynamite!
