I just started doing this today, and after reading these comments, I should do it every other day right?And if I want to slim and tone my thighs, what else should I do? I don't have time to jog outside or anything, so something inside would be prefered.

Ya when I do bicycle kicks, my right knee constantly pops. It's just a joint rub basically. I would agree with xtyling. Nothing to worry, besides the fact it SEEMS bad. In reality though, it's natural.

All these videos are probably the best exercises ever, Even if the music is cheesy...They work. I have a six pack now, as well as all rest of body parts toned out. Make sure to do these work-outs first, then eat something healthy afterwards.I wonder if the people in this video are still alive.

this is easier because it's not concentrating in a single area like the ab exercise

mostly little nitro bubbles in ur joints, liek when you crack your nuckles, all that "clicking" is just nitro bubbles bursting, nothing to worry about |
