the only word for whar leroi added to the bands sound is.... sex.... the saxaphonist always seals that deal... He was and will always be one of a kind.. i mean his riffs and intros are pure sex.... he will be missed.... Jeff coffin, if continues to play with DMB has alot of soul to fill... be he is in good company..

No doubt Vics solo is it. I was just tired of reading all the statements of idiots who no nothing of DMB and post dumb stuff. I am a UVA grad (89) and have watched the band grow from the early days and just felt compelled to tell people this little 2 minute piece of DMB is the power of DMB!!!!!!

i agree some people didnt appreciate LeRoi for the impact he has on the bands overall sound. For me, even my "least" popular if you'll call it that member of this band, meant more to me than any other musician around. I am a true fan of these guys. I hope the loss of LeRoi doesnt affect the sound, but it will. I can only hope it gets better if thats possible. He was an integral part of recording, and definately the SOUL of their sound. RIP brother, you get to play the big gig now.
