no their is not height requirement for the nba u juss gotta have mad skills and b able 2handle da running up and down da court , ur tall enuff, muggsy bogues is 5'3'' he played in the nba for a long time back round da 90's he plyed for da hornets, nate robinson is 5'9'' so yeah u able 2 play
