It represents part of a Sun sub-culture. I'm from Netscape, and still have the same spirit.

The recruiting was for last year. I had an intern work with me for the summer here at Sun. She developed some training materials for OpenSolaris.

I was a Sun Boot camp instructor where I showed the Netscape video, and attempted to instill a little of the Netscape work philosophy on the Sun people.

Having worked both at Netscape at the time of this video -- and Sun later -- it is indeed an accurate characterization of Netscape. I remember it from orientation! However, I'm baffled by why the poster thinks it's about Sun --- it's not, and it never was.
