Bronzer is supposed to go underneath the cheekbones to create the shadow the sun would make when it hits your face, and it also makes your cheeckbones more defined. You could also apply it along your jawline to add definition, but be sure to blend well. Don't go to far down the forehead either, that just makes you skin look dirty.
