Oh, so us, america, are supposed to not respond, sit her and go "well, they only sunk ONE ship and killed only a couple dozen people, we'll let it slide"No dammit. We WOULD have won the war with Japan no matter what, the US used the atomic bomb to prevent hundreds of thousands of american soldiers from being killed when we took the mainland of Japan.They attacked us, and it was us or them, they wanted to play hard-ball, we're the USA, and we're ready to play hard ball.

no I know that...but I also know that only one ship actually sunk that day and only a few ppl died. everyone thinks that pearl harbour was decimated the way the story is told but the boats were all brought back to the surface and were working fine and I don't know the death count but its not enough for that kind of attack. I could understand an attack but seriously that one....ironically though I can't help but remember that its one of the reasons the allies won...sad

Know your history, America attacked Japan because Japan attacked America : Pearl Harbor, December 7th 1941. They were involved whether they wanted it or not. I am not saying it was right to used the atomic bomb, but they were attacked... So they had a right to reply!

yeah but how about all the millions of people that died after the atomic bomb in hiroshima, i know it's a war but no one deserves to die like that. To get your skin melted off at unberable degrees? nah that's just inhuman
