It is possible for these trains to travel through tunnels at speeds in excess of 4000km/h as long as there is sectioned tunnels to create a vacum, that open and close as the train approaches and passes through. This would make it possible to travel from London to NY city in under 2 hours. If only engineering development came before economic sense. It wont happen unfortunatly, as invsetors would never get their money back in a century of sundays. Does any one have a few trillion dollars to spare?

they need tunels for these things so they can reduce friction and travel underseas.

that was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy helpful to me because i read a book that talked about those and it only said like 2pages worth of info and i didn't get how the train runs so i came to youtube hoping to find some useful information. not only was this video helpful and useful it was one of the best videos i have ever seen. i didn't think this vid would be any good but the first one i tried was a piece of bull shit. 5 star rating
