Of course the TIPs are not connected..!! The bumper has Exhaust Diffusers. The mufflers have the tips... You wouldn't want to connect these parts together, since the exhaust system needs to move around, the rear bumper does not... He didn't do all his homework, before reviewing.. These Exhaust Diffuser Tips are also found on my exotic cars, like the Lambo, Ferrari, etc, etc..
