its obvious, theres water already in the cup, you can see on the last one as he starts to pour it (ignore the spill, its probably intended to divert your attention!)

givenz...He couldn't have used ice. If he did, the ice would've spilled into the other cups and you would've seen it.

compare how concentrated the milk is in the 1st cup at 0:10 and 1:23 |
