I 've read all your comments, and I am really pleased about the enthusiastic general response to Elman's unique and moving playing.This is alsoa fantastic opportunity for violinists to study his choices of fingering. He seems totally focused on the tonal and colour results. Only his last concern is convenience.

I didn't know about him to much. He has wonderful tones, understands Keisler's pieces, and has high musicality.
