It was games like Everquest that paved the way for future MMO's, it showed developer's that there was a very large gaming audience to be had online.To say that EQ sucks is to say that WoW sucks, in reality neither of them do and it breaks down to simple personal choice, to argue about which is better/worse is meaningless and pointless banter.
