I live in louisville too, and they have already gutted the place. Historical equipment and medial devices were sold or thrown away about eight months ago.

I dont think its up to the people that own it whether to turn it into a hotel. I believe the City of Louisville has made them do something with it other than leave it in its run down state. Unless it changed hands since Ive been there. Any ways wouldnt altering the building and such provoke the spirits more causing them to be more active? just a thought
