I have a video on my favorites a news lady was talking about the hcips were being put in mac razors and tubes of lipstick. but someone sued and they were takin out. then again the companys may have lied and still put them in there. and all michelin tires have them inside the tires she said and there also hid in cars now. some inside the windows. I know they can track people with cell phones. all they need is a number and ur tracked

an obscure video that most poeple wont see....it was already in place before anybody was told via this video. I wonder if congress voted on it or if the supreme court thinks this is constitutional....
